I get the sky blue (it was a blue sky day anyway) and by doing so I underexposed Julia slightly by 1/2 stop. I think. To light up Julia I use the umbrella thingies bouncing the flash off it at Full power while the key/hairlight was at 1/4 power with the flash head zoomed at 85mm.
