Aizat & Yan, A post wedding portraiture session in Perlis last weekend …

Last Friday, a day after I’m back from my Mt Rinjani photography hiking (leisure ajer) trip,  I was in Perlis to cover a friend’s wedding.

*I remembered during the last half of the 90′s when I did wedding photography FULL TIME (with my trusty Nikon FM2 and my 24, 50 and 85mm primes, one roll of RAW colour negative film, almost always Kodak ProImage in 35mm, then Kodak Portra only), most of my wedding Clients become Friends, and a few of them turn Photographer themselves yo! I never see them as “competitors”, I see them more as “colleague”. Anyway, back to Aizat & Yan lah*

My favourite shot (still a rough “edit” tho…)

A rough edit yo!

This being a lighting blog (with bad grammars…) and all, you might wanna see how the BTS set-up lah kan?

Tell you what, instead of me “shoving it down your throat” (budak-budak berkampung kat Fesbuk memang suka lah kalau disuap sebegitu kan? Lepas tu boleh komplen pasal “kedekut ilmu” and such lagik, sigh….), checkout the group photo of the team together-gether with the Couple…

The Happy couple Aizat & Yan, and the Crew for the photoshoot lah…

…ahhhh, see the lighting equipment used? Very simple, pretty straightforward really. A brolly box, a flash, used off camera and operated by a VAL (voice activated light stand) and another flash, just out of camera view, right. (A bigger view here)

All that, for a mere RM2k (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand only) per event only. More details here.

*Sekian, Marketing untuk hari ini*
